    the place is attractive and exceptionally clean. spotless rooms with great views, huge bed, as example, great pool area. marvellous and absolutely perfect location for visiting eateries and cafes. a particularly good restaurant at 26th floor.

    Location: great, right by Attractions, and restaurants, shopping mall. Attractive and clean room, a hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the room. Soft bed overall.

    nice stay but room left some room for improvement

    The staff was friendly. They made an effort to communicate with me despite my limited Spanish. The breakfast options were quite enjoyable.

    The room did not meet my expectations.

    Check-in chaos, but cozy comfort

    The location was perfect, surrounded by vibrant restaurants. The breakfast spread was good, and our room had the coziest bed I ever slept in!

    The check-in process was frustrating. I was overcharged due to confusion over the IVA tax, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed.

    They ripped us off at this hotel so be careful. We were told we had complimentary breakfast and internet and they charged us for that. They also said we used water fro the mini bar which we didn'T. I would not recommend this hotel.

    I stayed with 20 family members, and we had a blast at the Carnival of Barranquilla, surrounded by colorful carriages and lively Caribbean music. The hotel had delicious breakfast each morning, and the spacious parking made it easy for us to explore local restaurants together.

    My kids wished there was more entertainment for children in the hotel. A dedicated kids' area would really enhance family stays.

    The rooftop bar with live music killed it! The electric controlled curtains in the room were a nice touch, too. Plus, chilling by the pool after a day out was perfect.
